Michael Wang is the Executive Chairman of CWT International Limited since February 2022. He is also the Executive Chairman and Group CEO of CWT Pte. Limited, and currently serves as a director of Shanghai Stock Exchange A-Share-listed HY Energy Group Co. Ltd and a director of NASDAQ listed Tuniu Corporation. Michael has extensive management knowledge and working experience in the fields of investment and financing, financial markets, financial accounting and compliance. Prior to joining CWT, he held senior positions with several companies under HNA Group, Deloitte LLP UK, Hung To Capital Limited and Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in German from Shanghai International Studies University and a master’s degree in interpreting and translating from the University of Bath in United Kingdom. He is also a certified public accountant of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Shi Bin

Vice President, CWT Pte. Limited

Shi Bin joined CWT in June 2025 as Vice President, overseeing the Investment Operations and assisting the Chairman & Group CEO in managing the Financial Services and Commodity Marketing business segments. He began his career in June 1998 and has held roles such as International Business Manager and Corporate Business Manager at Bank of China Daqing Branch, Senior Investment Manager at AIG Asia Fund’s Beijing office, VP at ISQ Capital in the Asia-Pacific region, and Managing Partner at Mingxiao Capital. Prior to joining CWT, he served as Deputy General Manager of the Enterprise Management Department at HNA Trust Management. Shi Bin holds a bachelor’s degree in International Trade from Minzu University of China and a Master’s in Business Administration from Peking University.

Yan Shen

Yan Shen is the Group CFO of CWT Pte. Limited since June 2025. She is currently also the Group CFO of CWT International Limited. Mrs. Yan has extensive management knowledge and working experience in accounting, finance, treasury and risk management. Prior to joining CWT, she had been with HNA Group since 2008, where she held senior management positions at several subsidiaries. Mrs. Yan is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sichuan University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Peking University.

Jeremy Ang

CEO, Financial Services

Jeremy Ang was appointed CEO, Financial Services in April 2011. He heads up Straits Financial Group, the financial services arm of the CWT Group engaged in the offering of futures and derivatives trade, forex, bullion and Over-the-Counter (OTC) brokerage services. Jeremy is an industry veteran, especially in the global derivatives market, having worked in the futures industry since 1980. Prior to joining CWT, he held leadership positions with the Singapore Exchange (SGX), Singapore Commodity Exchange (SICOM), DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) and the REFCO Group.

Andrew Jarvis

CEO, MRI Trading AG

Andrew Jarvis serves as the acting CEO of MRI Trading AG, the Swiss-based physical commodity trading arm of CWT Group specialising in non-ferrous metals and energy products. He leads the development of MRI’s global strategy, having rejoined the company after serving as COO until 2013. Andrew brings with him more than thirty years of experience and expertise across base metals, concentrates, ferrous markets, project mine finance, and risk management. Prior to assuming his current position, Andrew held senior management and trading roles at Marc Rich & Co, Coalco International, and Metalloinvest.

Michael Wang

Chairman, CWT Globelink Pte Ltd

Michael Wang is the Chairman of CWT Globelink Pte Ltd. He oversees the overall development of the freight logistics business and implements the strategic directions of CWT Globelink network. In addition, Michael also serves as the Chairman of the CWT Group. Prior to joining CWT, he held senior positions with several companies under HNA Group, Deloitte LLP UK, Hung To Capital Limited and Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in German from Shanghai International Studies University and a master’s degree in interpreting and translating from the University of Bath in United Kingdom. He is also a certified public accountant of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Foo Say Chuang

MD, Warehousing & Business Development

Foo Say Chuang was appointed MD, Warehousing & Business Development in July 2007. He is responsible for the development and expansion of the Group’s logistics business in Singapore and the regional market. Foo brings to CWT strong domain knowledge and vast experience across various industries including Port Terminals, Shipping, Food & Beverage and Fast Moving Consumer Goods. He has been involved in logistics and related work since 1979. Foo holds a Bachelor of Business in Transport from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Shipping Management (Maritime Studies) and a Diploma in Sales & Marketing.

Leaw Tiew San

CEO, Singapore Wine Vault Pte Ltd

Leaw Tiew San serves as the CEO for Singapore Wine Vault Pte Ltd. He leads the Cold Chain Logistics (Food & Beverage) and Wine Logistics businesses, overseeing their development and expansion. Leaw has been active in sales and marketing within the logistics sector since 1998. From 2013 to 2023, he also spearheaded Chemical Logistics business and held the position of Director (Logistics & Distribution) at the Singapore Chemical Industry Council. Leaw is a graduate of Curtin University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

Ricky Loo

CEO, CWT Integrated Group

Ricky Loo was appointed CEO, CWT Integrated Group in August 2021. He leads and oversees chemical logistics, container depot, transportation, distribution, warehousing as well as other value-added logistics services of CWT Integrated Group. Beginning as a management trainee in 1995, Ricky has significantly contributed to the organisation and spearheaded multiple government-funded initiatives that digitally transformed Singapore’s container logistics industry. Apart from his duties at CWT, Ricky also chairs the Logistics Technical Committee at Singapore Standards Council, the Trade and Connectivity Standards Committee, and the Workplace Safety and Health Council (Transportation and Storage). Additionally, he serves as President of the Container Depot and Logistics Association, and a board member of Singapore Chemical Industry Council, among other industry committees. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from La Trobe University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.

CEO, Commodity Logistics

Henry Ow is CEO, Commodity Logistics. He spearheads the development and expansion of commodity logistics business group. Henry is also responsible for the management of commodity logistics related businesses across Asia, Europe and Africa. Prior to this, he was the CFO & Deputy CEO of Commodity Logistics. Henry has been working in the commodity logistics industry since 1997.

Oliver Ong

MD, Infrastructure Development

Oliver Ong is Managing Director, Infrastructure Development for CWT Group since 2011. He is the key person in designing, developing, building and expanding the Group’s logistics infrastructure facilities in Singapore and the regional market. Under his leadership, the Group has also embarked and successfully completed various build-to-suit and turnkey construction projects for customers from financial institutions and multinational companies. Oliver joined CWT as a senior manager in 2006 and was promoted to Director in 2008 prior to his current appointment. He has 20 years of experience in property development, construction and engineering. Oliver graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
